eg33 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks, including but not limited to requests for proof of identity (national ID card, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership, before processing any withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary by eg33's compliance procedures.
eg33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. eg33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which eg33 accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. eg33 strictly prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to third parties. Where a deposit is found to have been made using a payment method not registered to the Account holder, eg33 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the Account, and require completion of enhanced KYC verification before any further transactions are permitted.
Deposited funds are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within a reasonable period, you should contact eg33 support at [email protected], providing transaction reference details.
eg33 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. Only the payment methods listed above are accepted. The account currency is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, in order to maintain anti-money-laundering compliance.
Before processing a withdrawal, eg33 may require the Player to complete identity verification (KYC). In no event shall eg33's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eg33 Account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
eg33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC.
